About me and my practice
I have a BA (Hons) degree in psychology and BA (Hons) in integrative counselling. This means that I have a great deal of knowledge in the field of Psychology. However, my practice shows that besides all the theoretical knowledge there is one way more important factor for successful therapy - the relationship between me and my clients. Magic happens when a person can trust and be fully open.
Experience
I previously worked at a center supporting women affected by violence and abuse, which gave me extensive experience working with individuals who have endured various forms of abuse and the many emotional and psychological challenges that can come with it.

Initial Consultation
Starting therapy is a personal and sometimes vulnerable step. Thats why I offer a free 25-minutes introductory session. Its a chance for us to meet, talk about whats bringing you here, and see if it feels like the right fit for you - no pressure, no commitment.
Fees
45£ for an online session (duration: 50 minutes).
I am offering first introductory session for free (duration: 25 minutes).
When I Work
Sessions are held online via Zoom. I offer flexible scheduling, and we can find a time that works best for you during free initial session.
